This Refund & Return Policy applies only to purchases made through the Family Protection and Recreation LLC e-commerce storefront powered by Orchid. This policy governs physical product sales only and does not apply to any third-party services or platforms.

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated below. To initiate a return, contact: info@ShopFPR.com

Include:

• Order number
• Item(s) requested for return
• Reason for return

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Returned items that show signs of use, modification, or damage may be denied or subject to restocking fees.

2. FIREARM SALES — ALL SALES FINAL

2.1 Firearm Purchases

All firearm sales are FINAL once transferred to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

Firearms:

• Must ship to a licensed FFL dealer
• Are inspected by the customer before completing ATF Form 4473
• Become non-returnable once transfer is accepted

Family Protection and Recreation LLC does not accept firearm returns after transfer under any circumstances.

2.2 FFL Inspection Requirement (Critical)

Customers must inspect the firearm at the FFL dealer prior to completing the transfer.

If a firearm is damaged or incorrect:

• Do not complete the transfer
• Notify the FFL and contact us immediately

Once ATF Form 4473 is completed and the transfer is accepted, the sale is final.

3. NICS BACKGROUND CHECK RESULTS

3.1 NICS Denial

If a background check is denied:

• The firearm order will be canceled
• The customer will receive store credit equal to the firearm purchase price

Store credit:

• Does not expire
• May be used toward non-firearm products only

No cash refunds will be issued for NICS denials. Shipping costs and FFL transfer fees are non-refundable.

3.2 NICS Delay

If a background check is delayed:

• The receiving FFL has sole discretion to proceed or not
• Family Protection and Recreation LLC is not responsible for FFL decisions

If the firearm is returned due to a delay:

• Standard return fees may apply
• Shipping and restocking fees may be deducted

4. UNCLAIMED FIREARMS

If a customer fails to pick up a firearm within 14 days of arrival at the FFL:

• The firearm may be returned to inventory

Refund issued minus:

• Return shipping
• Original shipping
• Restocking fee (up to 15%)

Total deductions will not exceed 20% of the purchase price.

5. NON-FIREARM PRODUCTS (AMMO, OPTICS, GEAR, ACCESSORIES)

5.1 Eligible Returns

Eligible items may be returned if:

• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method minus shipping costs.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Ammunition
• Primers or powder
• Magazines (where prohibited by law)
• Clearance / final-sale items
• Items prohibited by state or local law

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos and order details

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Family Protection and Recreation LLC does not provide manufacturer warranty coverage.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment at our discretion.

Once an order ships:

• It is subject to this return policy
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Compliance risk
• Inventory errors
• Fraud concerns
• Regulatory restrictions

8. NO REFUNDS FOR VIOLATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Straw purchase attempts
• Fraudulent activity
• Chargeback abuse
• Violation of federal, state, or local firearms laws

Accounts involved in such activity may be permanently terminated.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
