• Successfully pass a federal background check conducted by a licensed FFL
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws

No. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Firearms cannot be shipped to residential addresses.

Customers must select a local FFL prior to ordering. The selected FFL completes the background check and transfer.

All firearm transfers require ATF Form 4473 and a background check through FBI NICS.
Possible outcomes: Proceed / Delay / Deny.
If denied, store credit is issued per policy.

Firearms must be inspected before completing the transfer. If there is damage or an incorrect item, the transfer should not be completed and we must be contacted immediately. Once transferred, the sale is final.
